Estes Park Colorado Couple Session: Katie & David

During our recent visit to Estes Park, Colorado for a wedding at Black Canyon Inn, we managed to fill the little bit of spare time with additional sessions. We posted on Instagram about our travel dates and gratefully met Katie and David for their Estes Park Couple Session. This wonderful married couple is not only gorgeous on the outside, but they are beautiful people all around. Coincidentally they are also in the photo & video industry working actively as nature photographers and videographers. Give them a follow at Final Draft Studios. I tell you, they certainly do live in the right state for their profession! Colorado is beautiful and we can’t wait to visit again!

For our short time with Katie and David, we knew we wanted to use downtown Estes. Using the heart of the town, we stopped at the theater and then grabbed some ice cream at (insert link) for some lifestyle shots. Subsequently, we took the couple to the foothills of the Rocky Mountain National Park, revisiting the location where we spotted an adult black bear the evening before. We weren’t able to fully scout locations the day before, but thankfully, it’s was not at all hard to find a beautiful backdrop in Estes Park. The pictures do not do the tall yellow grass and the rocky peaks any justice!

Seeing Katie and David together was heartwarming. They are so natural and candid and we feel very lucky to worked with them for their couple session! Congrats to the parents-to-be!
