Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean you can’t look glamorous!
This couple certainly took it to another level! We know that we have the most amazing clients, but some really stand out to make everything perfect for their wedding day. For Michelle and Michael’s downtown Annapolis elopement, we were faced with the obstacle of super cold temperatures. Yet, you can’t even tell how unbearably cold it was!
Michelle and Michael were so sweet and down-to-earth. It was obvious that there was a lot of love in their family and they welcomed us as if we’ve been friends for a long time.
Their ceremony took place in the morning, thankfully in the warmth of the courthouse, in downtown Annapolis, Maryland. The ceremonies here are always short, but sweet and to-the-point. This particular day, there was no one waiting in line after us (to get married next), so we could take our time to bundle up and prepare for the outside weather. Despite the single digits – let us stress that again… SINGLE DIGITS!!! — on the thermometer, Michelle & Michael braved the cold streets of historic Annapolis and looked stunning doing so. Michelle’s halter-style dress was complemented by her freshly made bouquet, elaborate jewelry, matching shoes, and her chic fur coat. Very ‘a la Great-Gatsby’. Michael kept it simple, but dashing, with a classic form-fitting black tux.
The most tender moments occurred during Michelle and Michael’s session was during the family photos. Their young daughter was dressed up to match Michelle and was super sassy for the camera… aww. She definitely stole the show for a moment and you could tell that she’s the star of the family.
Congratulations Michelle & Michael! We wish you many more years of happiness!
