To celebrate Gina & Larry’s Downtown Annapolis Elopement, their loved ones gathered to watch the two wed at the Anne Arundel County Courthouse in Annapolis.
Located just off West Street in the downtown area of Annapolis, the courthouse is a busy destination for intimate weddings. So busy in fact, that there are times when you can spot multiple brides and grooms walking through the surrounding area congratulating one another. It’s always so cute to witness!
A quick Annapolis Courthouse wedding is great for the Maryland brides who want to have an intimate ceremony with only those people who truly matter. And Gina and Larry did just that! Their eldest son even served as a witness. His smile radiated as his parents finally tied the knot.
After the ceremony, we snapped a few family formals outside, then found some shade in the garden at the Saint Anne’s Church before taking a quick, short walk down Main Street. A wedding is about celebrating the joining of two people in love. If you’re not the big wedding type (or you’d rather save the big expense), a courthouse wedding may be exactly what you’re looking for. Who says you can’t live a fairy tale in under 2 hours!? Just because you’re choosing the courthouse doesn’t mean you can’t still have the flowers, the dress and the shoes… Gina’s custom bouquet added a level of elegance to the day, but it was her beautiful dress that stole the show completely. The lace detail and keyhole open back design, was gorgeous!
Gina and Larry did so well, even though they were a little nervous about being photographed. We are so honored to have met them and we wish them and their family all the best. Congratulations to the couple!
