Among the many things we’ve had to deal with, amidst the smorgasbord of new problems that the Coronavirus is causing the world everyday, is the isolation from the people we care about. Everyone is isolated in some form. Personally, we are surrounded by family but simultaneously we’re apart from the rest of the world. And while we’re busy taking photographs of things around us at home (future post pending), we really miss photographing our friends, clients, and colleagues. Taking photos is what we do best, and the simple fact of the matter is that we really miss documenting the people around us with our cameras. That’s where technology comes into the picture. We were so excited when we first heard about Virtual Photo Sessions during Quarantine. So of course, we wanted to jump in too!  While we live in the blossoming digital age, we can use it to our advantage. By no means is the technology perfect for remote photographs by phone, but it sure is a fun way to connect with some of the friends we’ve been missing – old and new. The growing trend is a great way to stay in touch and create content. But also give our clients a little memento of the current “new normal.”

What is a Virtual Photo Session?

Exactly what it sounds like. A photo session that we can do virtually!

Want to have a Virtual Photo Session? It’s easy. Here’s how is works:

We schedule a time to hang out via FaceTime, Zoom, or Facebook Messenger. You clean up a little (both you and your space you want photographed), We tell you how to hold or position the camera for the best angles, and we screenshot while we’re talking. That’s it! We typically take about thirty minutes of your time. You’ll receive a photo gallery of your photos. Then, we can also take your experience one step further with unique flat lay composites.

Is there a fee for my session?

No! We are doing these sessions completely for free! We will be collecting donations and if you’re able to or would like to, you can donate between $5 and $20. We have at least 4 amazing couples fighting this battle and we know their hospitals are in need of supplies, lunch, and overall support. 100% of what you give will be donated to these healthcare workers.

What are you waiting for? Send us a message to book your time slot for your very own Virtual Photo Sessions
