Winter weddings are definitely the standout events of our year and Elisabeth and Ryan’s Annapolis Courthouse Wedding was no exception.
Elisabeth found us online almost a year prior to her wedding. She was planning the whole affair from afar as they are a military couple with orders out of state. The couple wanted to get married with their immediate families in the beautiful downtown district of Annapolis. So they planned a quick intimate ceremony at the courthouse!
We began at the steps of The Maryland State House. By the way, it’s the oldest U.S. state capitol in continuous legislative use, dating to 1772. How neat is that!? Then the wedding party joined us and we ended the session with the ceremony at the Annapolis Courthouse.
Although you can’t really tell from the photos, it was actually one of the coldest days we had this entire year with temperatures at a steady 4° all morning. However, Elizabeth and Ryan were so brave to endure the temperatures and pose for their photos… and we appreciate every bit of it! We struggled on this one so we can only imagine how they felt! They rock! Congrats to the couple on their wedding!
In our opinion, ceremonies that are short and sweet hold some of the most visible family affection moments. We love being part of them! Contact us today to book us for your Annapolis Courthouse Wedding.
